Specifications Tab Specifications TabYou use the Specifications tab in the Service Request (SP) application to classify (or reclassify) a service request and specify attributes to define it further. For example, a service request might involve the classification of a laptop, with attributes of memory, disk space, and speed, for which you can define values. Attributes help to categorize service requests, which makes it easier to find and manage service requests.
Note: You also can classify a service request on the main Service Request tab, but to manage attributes for the service request, use the Specifications tab.
For information about a field on the tab, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
