Customer matchCustomer matchThe Customer Match field on the Specifications table window indicates whether an attribute on the service item's classification is global or is associated with a specific customer.
The Customer Match field can have the following values:
GLOBAL - The attribute is a global attribute on the classification.
NO - The attribute is specific to a customer. You can only associate global attributes with service items. If the Customer Match field shows the value NO, then this attribute was made customer-specific after it was already associated with the item.
