Delete a Service Item

Use the Delete Service Item dialog box to delete items or services.

To reorder direct issue items and services:

1. From the List tab of the Service Items (SP) application, display the item you want to delete.

2. Click the Service tab. The Service tab opens, focused on the item displayed.

3. On the Select Action menu, select Delete Service Item to displays a message "Are you sure you want to delete this item?"

4. Click Yes to delete the service item and display a header message indicating the deletion.
