Duplicate a Service Item

Use the Duplicate Service Item dialog box to duplicate items or services.

To reorder direct issue items and services:

1. From the List tab of the Service Items (SP) application, display the item you want to duplicate.

2. Click the Service tab. The Service tab opens, focused on the item displayed.

3. On the Select Action menu, select Duplicate Service Item to duplicates the service item and displays a header message indicating the duplication.
