Service Items (SP) application

You use the Service Items (SP) application to insert and maintain services that your company requisitions, either on a frequent or infrequent basis. The Service Items (SP) application allows you to create service item records and to view or manage a list of vendor companies that supply the service item.

The Service Items (SP) application contains the following tabs:

List: to search for service records. Use more fields for a specific search and fewer fields for a general search.

Service Tab: to view or manage a list of vendor companies that supply you with service items.

You can associate customers with service items to ensure that the item records are restricted to the users who have been given permission to access a particular customer's data.
