Remove a classification from an item

When a classification no longer applies to a service item, you can remove the classification. When you remove a classification from a service item, all attributes are also removed. Remove the classification on the Specification tab of the Service Items (SP) application.

To remove a classification from an item:

1. From the List tab of the Service Items (SP) application, select the item that has a classification that you want to remove.

2. On the Specification tab, next to the Classification field, click Detail Menu and select Clear Classification .

3. Click Save .
