Assets Tab

You use the Assets tab in the Service Level Agreements (SP) application to associate assets, assets in asset hierarchies, and asset types with a service level agreement (SLA).

When you add assets and asset types to an SLA, it makes the SLA applicable only to tickets and work orders with the same asset criteria. If you do not specify assets or asset types on the SLA, it can be applied to records with any assets or asset types. You can specify a single asset or an asset within an asset hierarchy.

Note: Other matching criteria apply. See the topic About Applying Service Level Agreements for more information about matching service level agreements to other records.

For information about a field, place the cursor in the field and press Alt + F1.
