Associate Locations with an SLA

You add organizations, sites, locations, and locations within specified location hierarchies to a service level agreement (SLA) in the Service Level Agreements (SP) application. The SLA is applicable to records such as tickets and work orders that reference one of the organizations, sites, locations, or location hierarchies on the SLA. If you do not specify location information on the SLA, it might be applied to records with any location.

Note: Other matching criteria apply. See the topic About Applying Service Level Agreements for more information about matching SLAs to other records.
