Select Locations

You use the Select Locations dialog box to associate specific locations to a service level agreement (SLA). Once you make an SLA and its associated escalation active, when a user selects the Apply SLA action from another application, the location values are used as part of the matching logic.

The SLA must be in a DRAFT or INACTIVE status to associate locations.

To select a value:

  1. Select the check box  in the row containing the value you want to use.

  2. Click OK to return the value to the field on the application.

To select multiple values:

  1. Select the check box next to each value that you want to select.

  1. Click one of the following buttons:

  2. To select the values, click OK.
    The values are returned to the field on the application.

  3. To return to the application without returning the selected values, click Cancel.

To find a value:

  1. In the filter field for one or more columns, enter a full or partial value.
    For example, to only find values that contain the letter L, enter L.

  2. Click Filter Table to find all records that match the criteria you entered in the search fields.

Tip: To see the original list of values, click Clear Fields .
