Select Assets

You use the Select Assets dialog box in the Service Level Agreements (SP) application to associate assets with a service level agreement (SLA). Once you make an SLA and its associated escalation active, when a user selects the Apply SLA action from another application, the asset or asset type values are used as part of the matching logic.

The SLA must be in a DRAFT or INACTIVE status to associate assets.

To select a value:

1. Select the check box  in the row containing the value you want to use.

2. Click OK to return the value to the field on the application.

To select multiple values:

1. Select the check box next to each value that you want to select.

2. Click OK to return the values to the field on the application.
