Select Equipment Groups

You use this window to select equipment groups and add them as related records to the current record. You can use the radio buttons to select from a list of equipment groups already related to the current record through its assets or location, or to select from all equipment groups available.

To select equipment groups:

  1. Select one of the following radio buttons:

  2. Show Equipment Groups for the Current Record

  3. Show All Equipment Groups

  1. Click Refresh.

To select a particular value:

Click the row containing the value you want to use. The system returns the value to the field on the application.

To select multiple values:

  1. Select the check box next to each value that you want to select. If you want to select all records displayed in the table, select the Select All Records check box in the table heading row.

  2. Click one of the following buttons:

  3. To select the values, click OK. The system returns the values to the field on the application.

  4. To return to the application without returning the selected values, click Cancel.

To find a particular value:

  1. In the filter field for one or more columns, enter a full or partial value. For example, to only find values that contain the letter L, enter L.

  2. Click Filter Table to find all records that match the criteria you entered in the search fields.

Tip: To see the original list of values, click Clear Fields.
