Select from Relationships

You use the Select from Relationships window to add one or multiple assets, locations, or CIs to a record. The window allows you to search related work orders and tickets for the assets, locations, or configuration items (CIs) you want to add to the current record. You can access this window from multiple applications.

To select from relationships:

1. In the top table of the Select from Relationships window, select the related work order or ticket that includes the assets, locations, or CIs you want to copy to the current record. The table underneath displays a list of the assets, locations, and CIs that are associated with the selected record.

2. Select the assets, locations, and CIs that you want to add to the current record. To add all of the components listed in this table, select the Select All Records check box.

3. Click OK.

The selected assets, locations, and CIs are added to Multiple Assets, Locations, and CIs table in the current record.
