Generation of risk assessment recordsGeneration of risk assessment recordsYou can create risk assessment records from within job plans and from within several ticket and work order applications. You generate these records through the Create Risk Assessment action on the Select Action menu.
When you generate risk assessments from the Work Order Tracking (Oil) and MOC (Oil) applications, the risk assessment record applies to the organization, site, and location specified on the work order or MOC record. In the case of job plans, the risk assessment is created at the same level (system, organization, or site) as the original job plan. Risk assessment records generated from other applications are system-level records.
If you generate the risk assessment from a ticket or work order, the identifier of the originating ticket or work order appears on the Related Records tab in the Risk Assessment (Oil) application.
