Key fields at the system, organization, and site level

If your enterprise is large and has many facilities or subsidiaries, your system administrator can set up multiple organizations and sites. Using different organizations and sites lets enterprises keep some parts of their operations separate and share others. Some records that are created at the system, or database, level contain optional Organization and Site fields that let you create records at the organization and site levels. Examples of such system-level records are condition for work, impact, regulation, and standard action records.

You can create duplicate key fields, as long as they do not create conflicts. The following rules define uniqueness:
