Relate tickets to global, regional, and local tickets
with the same classificationWhen you are viewing a global, regional, or local incident or investigation, you can search for and create a related record relationship with tickets that have the same classification as the current record.
Follow-up records to a global, regional, or local record cannot be related to that record as a global, regional, or local record. You also cannot relate any record to an archived (history) global, regional, or local record.
This search lists only tickets that meet the following criteria:

If the current record is a global issue:
The ticket is not a global issue.
The ticket is not related to a regional or local issue.
If the current record is a regional issue:

The ticket is not related to a global or local issue.
If the current record is a local issue:
The ticket is not a local issue.
