Removal of related record relationships

To remove the relationship between RELATED type records, you navigate to the Related Records tab for one of the records and delete the related record from the Related Tickets table window or the Related Work Orders table window. This action deletes only the relationship, not the corresponding record.

Alternatively, you can deactivate a related record by changing its status to Closed or Canceled.
