View work detailsView work detailsThe View Work Details window displays the tickets,work orders, preventive maintenance, routes, and collections that are associated with the current Asset or Location field. You access this window through the View Work Details button in the Drilldown window.
In the View Work Details window, select any combination of check boxes to filter the information that the application displays:

To include child work orders for the same asset or location, select the check box. To exclude child work orders, clear the check box |

To include ancestors of the work orders for the same asset or location, select the check box. To exclude ancestors, clear the check box. |

To include historical work orders for the same asset or location, select the check box. To exclude historical work orders, clear the check box. |
Click Refresh.
