View Imported Meter Readings

Use the View Imported Meter Readings dialog box to view meter readings in the Imported Meter Readings (PLUSTMTRIMP) table. This table lists meter readings that were recorded outside of the system and imported into the PLUSTMTRIMP imported transactions table. The readings in this table fall into three categories:

• meter readings that have been imported but have not been acted on

• meter readings that have had meter-reading records created in the Maximo database from them

• meter readings that failed the Maximo meter-reading creation process

To view readings in the Imported Meter Readings table:

1. Select Imported Meter Readings > View Imported Meter Readings from the Select Action menu.

On the View Imported Meter Readings dialog box, you see externally recorded meter readings that have been imported into the Imported Meter Readings (PLUSTMTRIMP) table.

3. If a meter-reading record has been created in the Maximo database from the imported reading, the Reading Created check box is selected.

4. If a meter-reading record could not be created in the Maximo database from the imported reading, the Failure Reason field contains a value.

5. If you have not yet attempted to create a Maximo meter-reading record from the imported reading, the Reading-Created check box is cleared, and the Failure Reason field is empty (null).

2. Click OK to return to the consist record.

Note: You use the Create Meter Readings action to create meter-reading records in the Maximo database from records in the Imported Meter Readings table.
