Removal of Originating and Follow-up Record Relationships

You can remove the relationship between an originating record and a follow-up record if the originating record is an incident or investigation.

To remove the relationship, you display the follow-up record, delete the value in the Originating Record field on its Related Records tab, and then save the record.
