Minimum server hardware requirements

The Linux® server upon which IBM® Spectrum Connect is installed should meet the following minimum hardware requirements:

The same requirements apply if a virtual machine is used instead of a physical server.

Note:

For best performance, use a dedicated server.
The minimum requirements are for supporting up to 20 storage systems and up to 1000 objects (storage resources, volumes, hosts, mappings, snapshots, mirroring groups, consistency groups).
