What's new in 3.8.0
Spectrum Connect 3.8.0 introduces the following new features.
Ability to add LDAP groups to Spectrum Connect to provide group members with access to Spectrum Connect
Spectrum 3.8.0 adds the ability to add LDAP groups to Spectrum Connect as a way to provide multiple LDAP users within a configured LDAP group with access to Spectrum Connect in one operation. Once an LDAP group is added, all members of that group can log into the Spectrum Connect Web GUI and perform GUI and CLI actions. Previously, Spectrum Connect only supported adding LDAP users to Spectrum Connect one by one, in separate operations.
RHEL/CentOS 8.0 support
Spectrum Connect 3.8.0 adds support for RHEL/CentOS 8.0.
VMware vSphere 7.0 support
Spectrum Connect 3.8.0 adds support for VMware vSphere 7.0, which includes VMware ESXi 7.0 and VMware vCenter Server 7.0 and introduces several important new features and enhancements. For more information, refer to the vSphere 7.0 release notes.
