Deleting an SRA

To delete an IBM Spectrum Virtualize Family Storage Replication Adapter from the SRM Server, use the VMware SRM Appliance Management interface.

Procedure

Complete the following steps to delete an SRA from the SRM Server.

Note: If you delete an SRA, any currently running operations involving storage arrays controlled by this adapter are interrupted, including, but not limited to, Recover, Test, Cleanup, and Reprotect.

  1. Log in to the VMware SRM Appliance Management interface as admin.
  2. Click Storage Replication Adapters.
  3. Find the appropriate SRA card, open its drop-down menu, and select Delete.
  4. Confirm that you are aware of the results of deleting the adapter and click Delete.
    The SRA is deleted.
