Deleting a Snapshot

The deletion of the snapshot is the opposite of the snapshot creation. During the deletion, the Volume Shadow Copy Service and Virtual Disk Service first unassigns the RDM disk from the virtual machine.

The LUN is then masked from both physical HBA WWPNs and virtual WWPNs.
