Creating a zone

Create a zone using NPIV.

Create an alias and zone with the virtual port that you created in Creating a virtual port but do not to add the host WWN to the zone.

Note: The zone contains only the new NPIV port that you created and the storage. You do not need to reboot the host to make the NPIV port available.
