Host attachment

You can set the various parameters for host attachment.

Host attachment overview
The system supports IBM® and non-IBM hosts. Therefore, you can consolidate storage capacity and workloads for open-systems hosts into a single storage pool. The storage pool can then be managed from a central point on the SAN (storage area network).
SCSI Fibre Channel host attachments
Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) Fibre Channel hosts with different operating systems can be attached to the system.
NVMe over Fibre Channel host attachments
An NVM Express (NVMe) over Fibre Channel host can be attached to the system.
iSCSI Ethernet host attachment
iSCSI Ethernet hosts with different operating systems can be attached to the system.
