Management from the command-line interface

You can access and control Spectrum Connect by using its command-line interface (CLI) functions locally from the Linux® command prompt environment, or from a remote terminal connection.

The Spectrum Connect CLI is used for user and storage system management, as well as for integration of the cloud interfaces. However, the CLI application scope is limited. To employ the full functionality range of Spectrum Connect, use the web-based graphical user interface (GUI).
