IBM Enterprise Class Services (ECS) is available to purchase

You can purchase IBM® Enterprise Class Services (ECS) from IBM Technology Support Services (TSS). Consult your IBM Sales Representative or your IBM reseller to discuss including IBM ECS as part of IBM's warranty service with the IBM FlashSystem 7200 model 2076-824 product.

The IBM Enterprise Class Services that you purchase also provide services for the IBM Spectrum® Virtualize Software for FlashSystem 7000 (SW PID 5639-DB8) software product.

Other software that is used with an IBM FlashSystem 7200 model 2076-824 product is not covered by the IBM ECS contract.

If you do purchase IBM ECS, IBM System Services Representatives (SSRs) are responsible for some installing, updating, and troubleshooting tasks. Consult your IBM Sales Representative or your IBM reseller to understand the specific services that IBM provides.
