1004 Node cannot start because batteries are not charging
Explanation
This error occurs if the batteries do not have sufficient power available to store
the system data to disk and neither of the batteries is charging. Both batteries, or the power
supplies, are missing or have a fault.
User response
Select the error code on the events page of the management GUI, and then run the
fix procedure.
