Explanation
This error can occur when the system is not able to allocate an identical SCSI LUN ID in all the
volume access I/O groups because identical SCSI LUN IDs are not available.

User response
Remove host mappings or I/O group access for one or more volumes to free up at least one SCSI LUN
ID across all access I/O groups, and then retry the command. 

Alternately, specify the -allowmismatchedscsiids option to allocate SCSI LUN
IDs that are not the same in all the access I/O groups. Not all hosts support this
configuration.
