Enabling SSL verification

SSL protocol provides an encrypted communication link between the vROps server and the IBM Spectrum Connect.

To ensure a secure communication channel between the vROps server and IBM Spectrum Connect, you can enable the SSL certification, which is disabled by default. If you enable the SSL verification, make sure to provide a valid certificate via Linux®.

To enable SSL verification:

In the vcops_config.ini file, change the verify_ssl_certificate parameter to True (enable).
