User response

For the 2145-DH8 only:
  1. Shutdown the node.
  2. Remove mains power cable.
  3. Wait for lights to stop blinking.
  4. Plug in power, and then wait for the node to boot.
  5. If that fails, replace the system board.

Exchange the FRU for a new FRU.
