Removing and replacing SAS cables

You might need to remove and replace a SAS cable from an expansion enclosure.

Removing and installing a SAS cable: 2145-92F
Use the following procedures to attach SAS cables to the 2145-92F enclosure during the initial installation process. You can also remove a faulty SAS cable and replace it with a new one received from FRU stock.
Removing and replacing a SAS cable: 2145-12F or 2145-24F
You might need to replace a faulty attachment SAS cable on a SAN Volume Controller 2145-12F or 2145-24F expansion enclosure with a new one received from FRU stock.
