Changing the Fibre Channel network speed
The speed of the Fibre Channel ports is auto-negotiated with the Fibre Channel switch or host to which the ports are connected.
The ports operate at the highest speed at which a reliable connection can be established. Different ports and nodes in a system can operate at different speeds.
