Supported storage systems

IBM® Spectrum Control Base Edition version 2.2.1 supports different IBM storage systems as listed in the following table.

Note:

Newer microcode versions may also be compatible. When a newer microcode version becomes available, contact IBM Support to inquire whether the new microcode version is compatible with version 2.2.1 of IBM Spectrum Control™ Base. Alternatively, check for a newer version of IBM Spectrum Control Base.
The FlashSystem V9000, the Storwize Family and the SAN Volume Controller storage systems run the IBM Spectrum Virtualize™ software.
