Explanation
An attempt was made to remove a support-type email user by using a command such as
rmemailuser while support assistance is enabled.

User response
Disable support assistance by using the chsra -disable command, and then try
again to remove the email user.

Note: The chsra -disable command removes sra_monitor and sra_privileged users and
also disables local and remote support assistance if configured.
