CMMVC8932E Cannot delete email server configurations when support assistance is enabled.

Explanation
An attempt was made to remove an email server by entering a command such as
rmemailserver while support assistance is enabled. 

User response
Disable support assistance by running the chsra -disable command, and then try
again to remove the email server.

Note: The chsra -disable command removes sra_monitor and sra_privileged users and
also disables local and remote support assistance if configured.
