CMMVC9144E   The command failed because the system cannot retrieve the current key from the primary key server.

An attempt was made to complete one of the following actions on a system that is configured to use key server encryption:

• Disable the USB encryption function that is enabled along with key server encryption.
• Prepare a USB encryption key for the first time.

To safely allow USB encryption to be disabled, or to allow USB keys to be prepared for the first time, the system checks that it has access to the current encryption key on the primary key server. This error message is displayed because the system was not able to fetch the key. Possible reasons for the failure include the following situations:

• A network issue prevented connection with the key server.
• The encryption key does not exist on the key server.
• No primary key server is configured on the system.
