Removing and replacing 5U expansion enclosure parts

You can remove and replace parts from the 2076-92F 5U expansion enclosure to perform service or during the initial installation process.

The 5U enclosure is supported on Storwize® V7000 Gen2 and Storwize V7000 Gen2+ systems that have software level 7.8.0 installed. If the system is not running that level of software, do not connect it to a 2076-92F enclosure.

The 5U enclosure is also supported on Storwize V7000 2076-724/U7B systems.
