Explanation
This error can occur when an attempt is made to add multiple Amazon Elastic Block Storage (EBS)
volumes as local managed disks. If all of the EBS volumes are not attached to the system node within
160 seconds of entering the command, this error message is displayed. Local managed disks are cloud
storage that is located on Amazon Elastic Block Storage (EBS) volumes.

Retry the command, adding fewer managed disks. If the error occurs when you attempt to add a
single local managed disk, check the event log, resolved all unfixed errors, and then resubmit the
command.
