CMMVC9451E The command failed because the last grain of a volume copy has not been fully formatted.

Explanation
This error can occur when the volume was created by using a previous version of the system
software and the volume has at least one fully allocated copy where the last grain is not fully
formatted.

User response
Convert the volume to a basic volume by removing one of the HyperSwap® volume copies. Expand the size of the volume and then add a HyperSwap volume copy. 

Alternately, convert all fully allocated volume copies of the volume to use thin-provisioning or
compression, and then retry the command.
